Veronika Carrera, PhD

Ms Carrera is an internationally recognized authority on Desktop Cray. She was Principal Scientist at the A. Duper Supercomputer Center. Current research interests include network performance and traffic characterization, and working with NSF on NREN engineering issues. She also participates in activities fostering the evolution of the national and international supercomputing agenda. When not working on supercomputers, she can be found on the fashion runways of the world as a well-known and highly desired Supermodel. She lives in Palo Alto, Cambridge and Milan, Italy.
